Refund Policy

You must notify Local 33 within 30 days of a credit card transaction appearing on your statement to request a refund. Refund requests must be sent via email to jbarbour@ualocal33.org. Refund requests will be reviewed and the Local 33 staff will determine if the charges are incorrect. If the charges are incorrect, a refund will be processed within three billing cycles.
